CALLING ALL MUSHROOM LOVERS!
WIN A MINI-BREAK TO LONDON WITH MUSHROOMS, THE MAGIC INGREDIENT.

1. To enter any competition on mushroom-uk.com entrants must register and provide a valid e-mail address.
2. The judge’s decision is final.
3. The competition is open to all residents of mainland UK, aged over 18.
4. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone.
5. Entrants must be available to attend the Mushroom Lovers’ Luncheon on Thursday, 29 June.
6. The mini-break in London, with shared room, is available on the 29 and 30 June 2006 only.
7. A total travel allowance of £100.00 and a total meal voucher of £150.00 will be available to the winner.
8. The winner is entitled to bring along a friend.
9. A cash alternative to the prize is not available, nor is the prize transferable.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries, and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
11. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry.
12. One entry per individual will be entered into the prize draw.
13. The use of multiple e-mail addresses is strictly prohibited and entrants suspected of using multiple e-mail addresses are subject to immediate disqualification.
14. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail or e-mail communication, nor for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind.
15. The closing date is Friday 16 June 2006.
